Crappy Bird "Enhancements"

I've updated the game a bit so there's a welcome screen at the beginning. It also shows a Game Over menu when you lose, so you can check out your score before the game starts over (if you wish to play again).

I've also slightly increased the gap between pipes and made the initial bird position higher, so you don't immediately fall to the ground (gotta be quick though ;))

Not keeping track of high scores at this time.
